About Addicted to Sport
Addicted to Sport is a community activity programme delivered by Extra Yard Community Project CIC.
The online platform and software have been developed by The Extra Yard Group Ltd.
Booking activities
Parents or legal guardians are responsible for:
- providing accurate information
- keeping emergency and medical information up to date
- ensuring children meet any age requirements
- cancelling bookings that are no longer required
Places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis unless stated otherwise.
Activity sessions
Activities are delivered by approved partner organisations.
Providers may change venues, dates, times or cancel sessions where necessary because of staffing, weather, safety or operational reasons.
We will make reasonable efforts to notify families of any changes.
Attendance
Attendance is recorded by activity providers.
Repeated non-attendance without cancellation may affect future bookings where sessions have waiting lists.
Points and Challenges
Points are awarded for verified participation.
Points:
- have no monetary value
- cannot be exchanged for cash
- cannot be transferred
- may be corrected where attendance records have been amended
The project reserves the right to amend challenge rules where necessary.
Health and Safety
Parents remain responsible for ensuring the information they provide is accurate.
Activity providers rely on this information to deliver sessions safely.
Parents should contact the activity provider before attendance if additional support is required.
Intellectual Property
All software, source code, branding, databases, graphics, documentation and other intellectual property relating to the Addicted to Sport platform remain the exclusive property of The Extra Yard Group Ltd.
No part of the platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed or modified without written permission.
